Welcome to your IT Help Desk Portal

The Portal can be used for IT support requests and Job Requests.

To use this Help Desk you will need to Login with your Domain User Name and Password.

  1. Once you have logged in please submit your Issue or Job request in the boxes provided
  2. Should you wish to take a screen shot of the issue please use the Print Screen option and paste the picture into Paint and Save the image into your My Pictures then you will be able to upload the image file to the Portal. This can help out IT Technicians when working on your problem.
  3. You can check back at any time to see the status of your Issue or Job.
  4. Once a Technician has resolved or started on your work you will receive an email from the portal informing you of any information they need you to know or they require back from you. You can reply quickly and easily to this by just replying to the email you recive. Please do not alter ANY of the headings or subject text.
